Germantown Beer Farm is home to Hudson Valley Malt and Hop Yard. We malt locally grown barley, wheat and rye for local brewers and distilleries who are committed to using local ingredients. We also offer a unique farm tour of our Hop Yard and tours of traditional floor malting in the Malthouse.
